We communicate primarily in English. Written correspondence by email is preferred for subscription questions, delivery issues, and quiz-related inquiries as it allows us to give a considered response and keep a record of the exchange.
Phone is available during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern) for straightforward questions. If you are not a native English speaker, written communication via email often works better for both parties.
